Pathways to Purpose: Elementary Program Overview

Pathways to Purpose is an early-impact support program designed to strengthen our partner elementary schools by meeting the everyday needs of students, faculty, and families. We believe that when the school community feels supported, children are better positioned to learn, grow, and thrive.

Through this program, Our Purpose Project provides consistent, hands-on assistance to help close gaps and uplift the entire school environment. Our work is focused on three core areas:

1. Student Support

• Essential resources such as hygiene kits, uniforms, backpacks, school supplies, and purpose bags

• Encouragement initiatives, mentorship activities, and positive behavior incentives

• Creative learning opportunities and hands-on workshops that promote confidence, kindness, and belonging
  
  

2. Faculty & Staff Support

• Supply drives and classroom resource assistance

• Appreciation days and wellness boosts

• Volunteer support for school events and campus projects
  
  

3. Family Support

• Access to community resources and referrals

• Pantry assistance in partnership with local schools

• Engagement events that strengthen school-family relationships

• Emergency support through our Backyard Missions program
