Our Story

Founded in March 2024 and officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in May, Our Purpose Project, Inc. was born out of a simple yet powerful belief, that every voice deserves to be heard, and every person deserves access to opportunity.

From the very beginning, we committed ourselves to serve those who often felt overlooked families, youth, and individuals who thought certain resources “weren’t for them.” Through listening, compassion, and collaboration, we built community-centered programs shaped by the real needs of residents, schools, and local businesses.

Against all odds, we received our first grant within our first year, a milestone many said was impossible. Though the journey hasn’t been without challenges, our commitment remains unshakable: to uplift, empower, and be a consistent voice for the unheard.

Our Purpose Project Inc. is led by a passionate team of community advocates, professionals, and volunteers who are dedicated to making a difference. Our leadership team brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit management, social services, and community engagement, ensuring that our programs are effective and impactful.

Our Purpose Project is an active, mobile organization we bring our services directly into the community. Our schedule includes monthly workshops, community days, forums, and special events, all designed to meet residents where they are.

While we don’t operate from a traditional office space, our team is always available by appointment for individualized support and case management.
