At Our Purpose Project, Inc., we are dedicated to walking alongside our community with compassion, integrity, and purpose. Every program, from workforce development and youth enrichment to school pantry support, Backyard Missions and Soles for Purpose, is rooted in our belief that everyone deserves access to opportunity and dignity.
We've empowered 200+ Central Florida residents in 2024 through workforce training and community mentorship, with 75% reporting improved employability within 6 months. Pine Hill residents reported to achieve stability, self-sufficiency, and purpose. We are committed to breaking down barriers, providing resources, and creating pathways for families to thrive because when one person succeeds, our whole community rises together.
Our Mission
To empower underserved families and youth through workforce development, youth enrichment, cultural recognition and community relief programs.
Our Vision
A thriving Central Florida where every family has access to opportunity, dignity, and purpose.
Our Purpose Kids is a youth enrichment initiative of Our Purpose Project, Inc. created to support children ages 5–12 through confidence-building, creativity, and community-centered learning.
We believe purpose starts early, when children feel seen, supported, and encouraged to explore who they are and who they can become.
Through age-appropriate activities, positive mentorship, and safe spaces for self-expression, Our Purpose Kids helps children develop strong foundations in confidence, curiosity, and belonging.
Our Purpose Kids is designed to be flexible and accessible. Programming may take place through:
School-based enrichment
After-school or weekend programs
Community workshops and pop-up events
Seasonal and summer programming
Partner-hosted youth sessions
Each experience is rooted in encouragement, creativity, and care.
When children are supported early, they grow with confidence.
When they feel valued, they believe in their future.
Our Purpose Kids exists to help children see their potential and walk in it.
Youth Career Series + Expo Cohort

With camp-style exploration for ages 8–13 and career readiness, AI learning, and a Student-Led Innovation Lab in partnership with RyderPass, for ages 14–19, exposing them to how a real technology-driven organization operates. YCS helps students build confidence, discover interests, and prepare for the future all leading to a culminating Expo, Graduation, and Scholarship opportunities.

“I didn’t know where to turn when my light bill got too high. Our Purpose Project stepped in and helped. It wasn’t just the lights staying on it was hope. Knowing someone cares enough to help you through means everything.” –Alexis Wilson, Single Mom of 7
“I needed help filling out online job applications, and the team at Our Purpose Project didn’t give up on me. They sat with me, guided me, and celebrated when I finally got hired. It’s been a long time since I felt that kind of support.” Ronald Murdaugh, Older Community Member
