Our Purpose Kids is the elementary youth enrichment and support program of Our Purpose Project, Inc. Designed for students in underserved communities, the program focuses on early intervention, social-emotional development, and family stability by meeting children where they are at school, at home, and within their community.

Through meaningful partnerships with local schools, families, and community leaders, Our Purpose Kids provides wraparound support that helps children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while ensuring families have access to the resources they need to stay stable and engaged.

What We Do

Our Purpose Kids operates as a school-connected and community-based program, offering:

Student Support & Enrichment

• Social-emotional learning activities

• Confidence-building and purpose-focused lessons

• Creative expression, literacy support, and mentorship

• Positive exposure to future career pathways at an age-appropriate level
  
  

Family & School Resource Support

• Purpose Market school pantry support (food, hygiene, and essential items)

• Emergency referrals for families facing hardship

• School-requested assistance for students with immediate needs

• Holiday and seasonal support (backpacks, supplies, toys, and essentials)
  
  

Community Engagement

• Purpose Days at partner schools

• Family-friendly service and enrichment events

• Collaboration with educators, PELs, and school staff

Why It Matters

Children cannot focus on learning when basic needs go unmet. Our Purpose Kids exists to remove barriers early, reinforce positive identity, and create safe, supportive spaces where children feel seen, valued, and capable. By addressing both student well-being and family stability, we help strengthen schools, reduce stress on educators, and foster healthier, more connected communities.
